How much is paid for delivery?

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over 99$.

When does my cargo reach?

At the delivery to the address option, the cargo is delivered to your address within 1-5 working days. Overseas shipments in this time vary according to the cargo company and customs busyness.

Please note that deliveries in mobile areas may take a little longer. Since the shipping companies do not work in the official holidays and holidays, your delivery will be made in the first day of delivery.

If your product has not arrived after 15 days from the date of your full payment, please feel free to contact us via sales@ramonderfur.com.

How can I follow my cargo?

At the time your order sent you will be informed by information email. Please click the cargo tracking link to follow your cargo.

Once you enter with your membership number you can enter your account and click on the cargo tracking link of your order.

Please do not receive damaged cargo and contact our company.

Deliveries will be done during the week. Deliveries can not be done in weekends and in official holidays.

Warranty&Return Policy

At RAMONDERFUR online store we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. All items are checked carefully at the time of dispatch. We also provide warranty if the item has a manufacturing fault. You are encouraged to check the item as soon as it has been delivered to you. If you think that the item has a manufacturing fault, to address the issue please  contact us at contact@ramonderfur.com and attach some photos showing the fault immediately after receiving the delivery. We then will notify the manufacturer of the problem and organize the exchange or return of your bag.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. We encourage you to send your returned parcel via registered post to ensure it reaches us safely; RAMONDERFUR online store is not responsible for items lost in transit.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original RAMONDERFUR online store packaging. Customized items cannot be returned.

Important Information On Returns

Footwear may not be returned if the top has been creased or the bottom has been scuffed. To prevent creasing when trying on a new shoe, avoid fully flexing the foot. To prevent scuffing the bottom always try on shoes on a carpeted surface.
